Spring came and my points freeze up
It seems like winter finished and summer is comming fast. What does this mean for me? After the Easter holidays in Terchá, I had training break for one week, mainly because of persistent stomach pain. In the upcoming weeks I should absolve various examinations, which hopefully will show more. It seems, however, a problem with lactose 
Since the beginning of this week I am back in training. During the last week I had 4 physio training, especially for my legs and stomach plus three days running. I ran the first time since Christmas and I have to say that I really felt it. I'm trying to add each run one kilometer to be ready for cross triathlon! This week I am going to take bike to service, to put it in shape after long winter and I can not wait when i will sit on it... I would like to go to 1-2 MTB marathons in summer that I completely missed last summer. However, the primary are cross triathlons 
Finally, I have to say that after the races in Kuhtai I froze my points. With such pain is impossible to give 100% performance, so I better wrap this season and I'm going to responsibly prepare for the next one, and I believe that it will be season with no pain!
